My name is Pam Kringel and I am a school librarian in Pierre, South Dakota. I have a student that would like to verify the veracity of this statement: “In 1862, a Nebraska farm paper published 33 recipes that included corn.” It appeared in your children’s cookbook titled: Pioneer Farm Cooking. (pg. 13). He would like to view those recipes and share them with his mom. I have not located any information online, except your wonderful site which I will share with him. Any help/assistance you can provide, even the paper’s name would be appreciated. Thank you.
